2. What data we collect

  • Registration data: name, email address, encrypted password
  • Google Places API keys (stored encrypted)
  • HubSpot API keys (stored encrypted, optional)
  • Project descriptions and search queries forwarded to the Claude AI
  • Server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URLs — deleted after 30 days)
  • Usage data via Vercel Analytics (anonymised)
  • Google Analytics data (only with explicit consent)

3. Processing of lead data (third-party business contact data)

anilead.io provides business customers with researched company data. This may include personal data that was not obtained from the data subject directly (Art. 14 GDPR) — for example in the case of sole traders and freelancers, or named contact persons:

  • Data categories: company name, business address, business phone number, website, business email address, industry
  • Sources: exclusively publicly accessible sources — Google Places API and public company websites; the origin is stored per record
  • Purpose: provision of company information for our customers’ B2B business development
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest); a documented legitimate interest assessment is in place

Data subjects may object to the processing of their data at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) and request access and erasure — informally by email to info@mysoftwarelab.com. 4. Storage & Transfer

Your data is stored on EU servers and transmitted exclusively via TLS/HTTPS. We use Neon Inc. (EU region) as our database provider.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We only share data to the extent necessary for operating the service:

  • Anthropic PBC — AI processing (Claude AI)
  • Vercel Inc. — Frontend hosting
  • Neon Inc. — Database (EU region)
  • Resend Inc. — Email delivery (transactional emails)
  • Google LLC — Places API (business data queries)
  • HubSpot Inc. — CRM export (only when configured by the user)

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR apply to US-based service providers.

6. Cookies

We use technically necessary session cookies for authentication (Auth.js). Beyond that, we only use Google Analytics after your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser cache.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please direct requests to:

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the settings or request deletion by email at info@mysoftwarelab.com. All personal data will be completely removed.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Germany, this is the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).
